SCAM ALERT – Loans at 3% per annum

Please be aware there is an elaborate scam doing the rounds in South Africa based on an offer of loans at a guaranteed 3% per annum.

The offer is made via a bulk email campaign purportedly coming from Dcysive Finance, with an address in Johannesburg.

This is NOT a legitimate offer and it is being made by an illegal front company being made to look legitimate.
